Dominique, Heather, Courtney, Amy, Matt and Nicole are all incredible — knowledgeable, patient, and truly passionate about helping their patients recover and get stronger. They take the time to explain everything, listen to concerns, and customize treatment so you never feel like just another appointment on the schedule. The atmosphere is positive and motivating, and the progress I’ve made wouldn’t have been possible without this amazing group of professionals. I’ve had the pleasure of working with each of the physical therapists at the Levittown location on recovering from my surgery. They are all excellent. They’ve provided me with a structured plan based on my capabilities and have helped me progress to being able to walk pain free again. I highly recommend this location and want to thank the team, especially Dominique, on helping me with my recovery.

From the time you walk in the door to the time you walk out, you are met with friendly faces. Nicole greets you with her welcoming personality. Courtney and Amy are on top of helping with the equipment, always smiling and can’t do enough for you. And then there’s Matt. He watches all his clients to make sure they are on course with the plan of action. The icing on top is the massage that seems to hit all the aches and pains. I always leave relaxed and rejuvenated after one of his professional massages. There is nothing negative to say. You can’t improve on perfection. Thank you to JAG Levittown for all they do!

I have to tell you just how great Jag in Levittown is . . Anyone I know who needs outpatient PT I I will definitely recommend going to Jag.everyone is great over there from the front desk to the back .I have mostly been working with Dominque and Amy, for minicus repair PT who If I could give 10 stars I would ! My husband is rehabbing from spinal fusion surgery , and he also work with Dominque and Amy . His flexibility is getting so amazing . We owe it all to Dominque and her crew! Thank you !!!!!

This place has given me my life back after surgery. Nicole greets you at the receptionist area with a wonderful smile and disposition, handles all your appointments flawlessly. Amy, Courtney, Heather and Matt handle your therapy and recovery. It is a very enjoyable atmosphere. I am truly blessed to have found them!

I highly recommend JAG Physical Therapy to anyone looking for quality care. The front desk staff is friendly and welcoming putting you instantly at ease. My PT, Dominique is very attentive and knowledgeable. She assessed my injury, listened to my concerns and has provided me with a treatment plan that has helped my recovery significantly. The entire staff is friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

I had an excellent experience with this physical therapy clinic. The therapists were knowledgeable, attentive, and really took the time to understand my pain and goals. My physical therapy journey has been amazing. Heather is an incredibly knowledgeable therapist who has helped me so much — I’ve noticed such positive changes since starting PT. From the moment you walk in, Erica and Nicole greet you with great energy and smiles. Heather, Dom, and Matt truly make an impact on their patients, and I can’t forget the amazing aides, Amy and Courtney, who take the time to properly show you how to do each workout and motivate you to keep coming back. The staff is amazing. They really care and the atmosphere is awesome. This is the spot for my dad rehabilitation. I give this place only five start and does deserved way more. The front welcome desk is energetic and extremely welcoming. If you have the chance to get in the one in Levittown you’ll see. A+ FYI…. Nicole and her gang are exceptional.

I’ve been coming to this clinic for post-op recovery after rotator cuff surgery, and I’ve had a great experience. My physical therapist, Heather, is knowledgeable, friendly, and patient, and she always explains my exercises clearly so I feel confident doing them. Courtney and Amy, the physical therapy assistants, are also wonderful and are always ready to help with anything I need. I also want to mention their front desk receptionist, Nicole, who is fantastic! She always greets me with a smile and is consistently professional, personable, and very helpful when scheduling my appointments. I highly recommend this location!
